Subject: Nutriation for someone who works Shift Work So right now I work midnights for two months and day shift for one month. So I'm trying to find a nutritional program that will work or makes sense for my midnight shifts. Should I eat big meals in the middle of the night when my body knows it's suppose to be asleep or eat heavy carbs in the morning when I get off work before I get ready for bed. I split sleep, meaning I sleep from 8a-noon then I'm up for a bit. Go to the gym, then lay back down from 2-4p then again for about an hour at 8pm. So I'm trying to see if there is anyone else like this out there and see what they do. Thanks |
