Subject: Tremont Triathlon
Some new info. Tremont Triathlon will have a new bike course. If you've done this tri in the past, you know the road conditions have been less than smooth. The new course is mostly Smooth (even a few miles on brand new road), Flat (a couple of small "hills" just before and after the turnaround), Straight, and Fast. Run course if a flat out and back too. Should be a fast course.

Swim is in an outdoor pool.  Not a surpentine swim.  You start and stay in 1/2 a lane, no passing or getting passed .  Lap counters let you know your last lap.  Very good for beginners.

If that's your race, put a date on the race website.  You've got dates for registration cut offs, but no where on the website is the actual race date confirmed.

lol, I noticed that this morning after I posted.  A message has been sent to the RD and website person.

Race is June 26th.

Only about 80 spots left.

Any BT'rs coming to the race this year?  I'm doing the bike leg for a relay and then volunteering.

About 30 spots left, submitted swim times will still determine order.  Cool awards, finisher towels, water bottles, D.J., free coffee , etc.  Smooth, flat, fast course.  We are excited about the event we are putting on.  It's our first time, and have tried to add everything we can to make it good.  

If you are coming, we'd love to meet you, and look forward to any and all feedback.
