Subject: Time outs
Over the past few weeks I've noticed that the site will go through periods where I get "ASP 0113" errors ... essentially, it tells me that the script took too long and timed out. This happens at least once a day, sometimes a little more frequent than that.

Usually waiting 5 minutes is enough for the site to return to normal... in the meantime, my internet connection for other sites works just fine, so I don't think the problem is on my end (though I could be wrong!).

Not a big deal - but just wanted to let you know in case you didn't know already. I understand that in the past you had been working on upgrading server resources, so if that's still an ongoing project, then just ignore this post!

I'm in CST, but it's various times of the day. Yesterday, it happened once around early afternoon (1-ish) and then again last night, probably around 9:45 or so. But - I don't believe those times are consistent from day to day. I will keep a better watch on it now, though, and report back exact times when it happens.

(working in the IT business, I know how difficult it is to track down vague, "but it's just SLLOOOOOW" complaints from people.....)

ok...my host just reported back on this...he has looked at usage of this new server since we installed it a month ago and although CPU is averaging a good 25% (main goal), memory usage is still quite high (1gig) so the disk is swapping out a lot prolly....

so i ordered another gig of memory....will update when it gets installed...hopefully this week.
