Looking forward to beating my PB of 1:41 last year. Hopefully this year I'll get a better start as I was late to making my way to the front before the gun went off. Hope everyones training is going well.

Hey Jeff, I am positive you will beat your PB with no problems. I will be competing this year and hope to finish 1:35.00 to 1:45.00, anything in that time bracket and I will be happy.
Getting home is always an isssue, hence I stopped racing there.

Thanks mate.

Last year there were buses from City Beach back to Perth and they left every 10 min. If you can get to the city you'll be fine getting back.

I reckon if you start training now you will easily get the time you want. You have a great base fitness to work from.
