Pre-race routine:

Drove down and took a look at the coarse. Oatmeal 2 hours out from start plenty of liquids.
Event warmup:

took a light jog around and streached out real good by the pool.

Comments:

much better swim than GJCC. Longer strokes, better rest, no stress.
What would you do differently?:

Need to fully push through all strokes. Finishing too quick after mid way of swim. Need to build more indurance. Swiiming is much improved and felt great.

great ride. hit the goal of 20+ mph. road hills hard. took a gel at 13.5 mile point. that helped the run.

check aero bars. one pad fell off mid way through.

Warm down:

walked around to get HR down. drank a bunch of water and grabbed a couple of banana's and pbj sandwiches from the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

need to be faster in the transition again.

Event comments:

PB on all three. Best race event I have done so far. Great coarse, very organized and good support from locals along the coarse.
