Just paced myself, knew that I could make back some time on the bike, and hoped that I ran better than most off the bike. Felt pretty good, better than the one mile run on Friday on the same course and only 13 seconds slower. Could have pushed harder.

Started the bike in 8th place and came into transition in 2nd. Not much I could do with fatigue from previous races this weekend and this crap in my lungs and throat. Felt pretty good about making up some time on the bike.

Came out of T2 in 2nd knowing that I was going to win the challenge overall. Could/ should have pushed harder to try to finish in top 5, but just wasn't feeling it and wanted to enjoy it.
