I'm in the women 1/2/3 category at noon. I'll be hanging around afterwards too as my SO is in the Men's 1/2 category at 1:00pm. If you are there, hopefully I'll spot you so I can come and say hi. |

June .. everyone complained about the cold, wet, gray, cloudy weather.. July Week 1 .. summer arrives with a vengeance.. suddenly it is too hot, too sunny, not enough breeze.. Week 2 .. seasonable temps.. and everyone (aside from us run, bike types).. is on about how summer is over.. and it was great while it lasted.. Weather... and complaining about it.. are about as Canadian as hockey and maple syrup  |

I have to say I *really* miss Vancouver weather! I was there for a week in June and such amazing cool weather to run in. Here it's 30 degrees with 100% humidity ugh! |
