Im in and felt really good about it until last monday when I got the flu.  I have had the flu all week and have not been able to train at all this week.  I followed a 20 week program so hopefully it will get me through it.  I pray that I start to feel better REAL soon.  Good luck to everyone see you there

Does anyone know why Chris Lieto dropped out after the bike? He was in first place at the time.

I believe he said that he had some leg issues flair up on the bike and when he took off on the run they just got worse so he decided to bag it and save it for another day.

I actually had the nerve to ask him for a picture and he started a conversation up with me about the race.  I asked him why he pulled out and he mentioned that he was cramping on the bike a little and when he started on the run it went from cramp to strain of the adductor muscle, so he pulled out to race another day I think it was around mile five of the run.  I tell you what, he is one of the most approachable people, and extremely friendly.
