I came looking for an overall win, and my legs sore from ITBS. Just couldnt get below 8's Ive been doing 7's on training and was really dissapointed with my time.

Comments:

It was 1/8 mile run to transition area on cobble stones. It took way more time than I expected it would have. I pulled the straps to tight on my shoes so they hit my cranks on every downstroke which cost me a few secs.
What would you do differently?:

Rode off on shoes but there were so many new people and I didnt want to wreck.

My ITB band was irritating me bad, it was snapping on every downstroke. Wasnt painful but annoying. My straps on my shoes were rubbing which cost some time. The new PQ I love it with a passion. Slight haddwind coming back.

ITBS, I need to stop growing so my muscles can catch up. Im almost 6'2 now at 15 years old.

Event comments:

Ive been to some races with 70 people toatal and this one was worse. The awards ceremony blew. It was 25 bucks so what can I expect...
