Comments: Considering I was stressed to get to the race and didn't warm-up, it was a decent race. Practically the same time as all my other 5ks this summer. First mile was 6:32, rest were right around 7 min pace. Need to get out of this 21:10 rut. What would you do differently?: Can't control what I can't control. Would have triaed to hit the head and do a few sprints.  Post race

Due to train delays, got to the registration table 7 minutes before the start. Basically ran to reg. No real warmup. Was stressed. Left watch in car and couldn't hit the men's room!
