Arrived early, drank propel and ate clif bar at 6:30 AM for 7:40 AM start. Used restroom at home and portolet. Took 1 immodium.

Smooth transition. Took a little more time jogging up and had benefit of hose to spray off feet.

Good job! Did you come off the bike with your shoes on? You should try taking your feet out as you come down that steep hill prior to transition. It easy and will save you lots of time in transition. Ride the last little bit with your feet on top of your shoes. Congrats
