Pre-race routine:

Woke, up, ate whole wheat bagel, toast, banana, OJ, Water, coffee. Watched TV, got my stuff packed up, got Bridgette around and we went to race. Had Endurolytes before race as well as 2 motrin.
Event warmup:

Ran for about 8 minutes. Slow with about 4-5 full sprints to get some lactate build up. No bike, but swam about 200-250 yds slow with some sprint intervals, about 3.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My endurance is limited. This is a goal to address for next year. I need to work on running speed over distance, especially off the bike.

This was my favorite race last year, and is on the tops again so far this year.
