Swim felt weird. This is my strongest part of the race and felt the most "off"
What would you do differently?:

Warm up a little more. . . stay on course a little better. Bring mirror goggles since it was sunny.

Transition was horrible. This cost me 3rd place and probably a shot at 2nd place in my age group.
What would you do differently?:

Not worry about wiping off my feet so much. Have shoes in pedals and then get in shoes after on the course. Get a routine down. . .too much time just standing and thinking.

Work hills harder. Work on transition out of swim.

Get gear off faster. Shoes and socks on faster. . .

I need the most work on the run. Horrible at running. If I had a decent run I would be lethal.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, just push self throughout. When got passed with 500 meters to go, get after the person and race hard.
