Swim
Comments: Never really felt like I got into my rhythm. My goal was to be below 10 minutes on the swim. I felt as if I started fast and tried too hard. It felt very labored. What would you do differently?: Take my time and get into my rhythm. Transition 1
Comments: I actually transitioned well for my expectations. What would you do differently?: Run faster to the transition area. Bike
Comments: I started off well on the bike. it was relatively flat. I did not do well on the hills. Going down was great but I think my size slowed me down going up some of the hills. What would you do differently?: I really need to drop 25 pounds and ride at a lighter weight. Transition 2
Comments: Good transition for me. What would you do differently?: Nothin Run
Comments: Ran about what I expected. What would you do differently?: I need to run more in practice Post race

Stretching. Had to wait from the pre-race meeting at 7:10 until 8:43 to start. I stretched while waiting.
Was able to swim one lap before start.
