Pre-race routine:

Got up, ate Whole wheat bagel, OJ, water and coffee. Left and got a detour, but still got there.
Event warmup:

Ran for about 8-10 minutes, but no bike or swim warm up. Got in the water for a couple of minutes, but only a couple of strokes.
