I would guess you are doing a sprint. Just put water in there.
Typically in a sprint I'll finish in 1 hour 15 minutes... so I only drink water. No food. I also found that when I drink too much on the bike, I pay for it on the run. So I drink as little as possible through the race.
I won't dehydrate in 1:15. Also, hydration starts before the race. If you drink water daily and some Gatorade (or some other type of sports drink ), you work on being hydrated all the time.
