Swim
Comments: The run from the beach to T1 was 6+ minutes. This was included in the swim time. My actual time from shore to shore was 30:58. Almost 2min/100M. The buoys were terrible. Could not follow where to go. They need so bigger buoys so one can sight in the waves, and not have round buoys the same color as some of the swim caps. What would you do differently?: Nada Transition 1

Comments: I need to study more about liquid calories. I am used to Gels for long runs, but I think I may try going to liquids for the bike. Need some advice. My goal was 20mph. I just missed it. What would you do differently?: Just work on nutrition. Transition 2

Comments: I got pretty hot and I just kind of died. I ran a 45:30 10k in training about 12 weeks ago. I would like to get my OLY 10k down to 46:30. What would you do differently?: More intense Bricks. Better liquid nutrition on the bike. Post race
Warm down: Usual. Played on the plauyset at the YMCA with my kids. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just my inexperience and level of fitness.
