Running in the rain. Way out of shape so 8:00 after a hilly bike I was pleasantly surprised at for the day. Miserably upset with my conditioning though.

Not too shabby at all.  All your numbers are very respectable considering your lack of training.

Do you have any HR data for this race?  I'd like to look at that.
