Comments: Felt very fast on the swim. Did not get my trisuit it is do in today. but shorts where the tightest I have swam in yet. Started a little to fast when I first started to swim felt like I was getting a big lift off the bottom did not breath for the first 15 got a little off course twice What would you do differently?: slow down at first start breathing right away. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: had to unlock bike and took time putting on socks and shoes sure this will be slower in a race where I have find the bike. ![]() Bike
Comments: Bike felt good kept up a good cadence keep in large chain ring most of the time. up the cadence to 100 or so last .2 seem to help legs for run What would you do differently?: drink more eat somthing ![]() Transition 2

Comments: Felt very good after bike for about first half mile legs felt fine. after that flet tired and hot. Seem to me I was slower than I ended up Hr was 157 at the end. What would you do differently?: Drink more ![]() Post race
Warm down: walk about 1/4 mile took long cold shower. Drank a lot. What limited your ability to perform faster: need to work on drinking more. need to eat breakfast early and have some kind of nutrion on second half of bike ride. felt a little week on run. Last updated: 2005-07-15 12:00 AM
