I currently ride a Felt DA with Dura-ace. Love it, Love it.

But I have been eyeballing the Look 576 ever since it came out last year. I have a Look 585 and it is an incredible ride.

Today I stopped by my LBS to say hello. Each time I go in I slobber over the red 576 that has been there since it was released. This LBS is not tri specific but more casual rider specific. The owner brought in the 576 to see what would happen. No takers so far. So I made a comment to her that if she ever had a fire sale on the frame to give me first crack at it. Well, she made me an offer I could not refuse.

So I will have it built up this weekend and get fitted next week. Assuming I like it as much or more than my DA, I will be selling my beloved DA frame.

Oh boy, I am nuts?

Wow if you have a DA why would you go with the 576 why not the 596?

yeah- that seems to be a half step down in aero/performance, no?
What is it about the Look that caught your interest.

if it was the flashy red paint and that it looked all shiny and new... yeah, you got it bad.

My DA is a 54.

I aint gonna spend 5K on a frame.

My 585 ride like nothing I have ever ridden before. Very efficient, very light and stiff. Although I absolutely love my DA, I enjoy the 585 immensely. I am hoping the 576 has some of the characteristics of the 585.

The added bonus is if I don't care for the 576, I can sell it without much of a loss if any.
