Are you allowed to do any exercise? I can start back slow and easy. The Dr didn't really say what that meant though. The one specific thing he said was no swimming. I wanted to go for a walk/jog the last couple of nights but have had to work late and haven't even been able to get on BT to see how everyone is doing. I have an appt at 6:30 tonight that should only last 30 minutes so hopefully after that. Why no swimming? |

They didn't give me a time so I'm waiting until the scab is gone. I'm waiting to hear back from the Dr office to see if I will be able to get in to see him next week. |

Heck, I'm *in* Slackerville already. I might as well make it official! pdbman - 2010-08-31 7:15 AM I'm feeling much better but I'm not enjoying not training. I can really feel it, especially in my legs. I'm starting to feel stiff and my muscles are tight. I'm considering an easy bike ride this evening. I'll see how it goes. I also have a ton of stuff piling up that I need to do that requires lifting so I can't do it. Frustrating but I'm alive and well so I can't complain. You need to change your location from Slackerville to Recoveryville. Tasers aren't allowed in slackerville though. WHAT??????????? That's impossible. How can tasers not be allowed? Well, rules are meant to be broken, right? |

If someone started coming at us slackers with a taser, we might have to actually get up and run away. If we're running, we're no longer slackers and would have to leave. That defeats the purpose of living in Slackerville. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: August "Don't Be A Slacker" Challenge You can bring your taser over to the September challenge and get things jump started though. I'm not sure what to do with myself without somewhere to post. I might actually have to do some work if I can't find somewhere to post. |
