I started to wide to the right, and I paid for that. Also, my sighting was kind of out whack, couldn't get close to the first buoy for my life.
What would you do differently?:

I need to add more training time to my swimming schedule, because even thought I kind swim without any problem while training, I haven't figure out how to relax at race time.

This was my best bike ride up to date! I was hammering the bike the whole time, and I made sure that I left everything on the road.

Post race
Warm down:

Walk around with friend from the club, get my carbs/protein drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I hurt my feet coming out the water (shells).

Event comments:

I can't pint point what was wrong, because I felt kind of weird the whole time but I can't complain about my performance because it was pretty good. The race was pretty good, and I will be doing next year without a doubt.
