Total Time = 1h 05m 27s
Overall Rank = 40/218
Age Group = M30-37
Age Group Rank = 9/33
Pre-race routine:

Woke up very early, and eat my usual bagel with peanut butter.
Event warmup:

I got to the race site very early; set up my transition spot at the end of the rack, and started my active warm up.
  • 10m 21s
  • 586 yards
  • 01m 46s / 100 yards

I started to wide to the right, and I paid for that. Also, my sighting was kind of out whack, couldn't get close to the first buoy for my life.
What would you do differently?:

I need to add more training time to my swimming schedule, because even thought I kind swim without any problem while training, I haven't figure out how to relax at race time.
Transition 1
  • 00m

I was so damn dizzy after the swim that I had to recline to the post in order to put my shoes on...
What would you do differently?:

Don't know
  • 31m 55s
  • 10.45 miles
  • 19.64 mile/hr

This was my best bike ride up to date! I was hammering the bike the whole time, and I made sure that I left everything on the road.
What would you do differently?:

Transition 2
  • 00m

Very good transition, it was so fast that I can't remember when/how I racked the bike LOL
What would you do differently?:

  • 23m 13s
  • 3.2 miles
  • 07m 16s  min/mile

I started really hard on the run but after the last hill I was done. The run it seems to me that it last forever.
What would you do differently?:

Try to go harder.
Post race
Warm down:

Walk around with friend from the club, get my carbs/protein drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I hurt my feet coming out the water (shells).

Event comments:

I can't pint point what was wrong, because I felt kind of weird the whole time but I can't complain about my performance because it was pretty good. The race was pretty good, and I will be doing next year without a doubt.
