Loved the swim. Felt a little disoriented when coming out of the water, but nothing too bad. Didn't know what to expect since this was my first, but felt I did really well.

This went well. A little frantic, but I remembered everything and was glad I had practiced. It was a long run from the beach to the transition area and I didn't run much.

Loved the bike. Held back some because I was afraid of tiring my legs for the run. My legs felt great going into the run. NO pain.

Go all out. Since running is my weakest sport I should push on bike.

Not enough drink stations. 1st one was right out of transition and the next one wasn't for 2 miles. I was VERY thirsty. I did really poorly. I was huffing and puffing and just gave up. Need to quiet the negative thoughts and learn some breathing techniques.
What would you do differently?:

Lots of practice with pace. Wear water belt.

I didn't run, I walked. Could have pushed harder, but just gave up.
