What limited your ability to perform faster:

not knowing my what my pace should have been on the bike.

Event comments:

Very organized and followed all USAT rules giving time penelties to those that needed it. They kept a close eye on the swim and it helped the faster swimmers move along at their pace. Good course with shade on the run in a few spots.

Good job...sounds like you had fun.  I wanted to do this race, but tried to register too late, and it was already closed.
