Subaru 1/2 Iron Triathlon

Did any BTers race this one last year?  If so, or for any who are racing this year and may know, how is the bike course?  I have yet to bike 90km, so I'm hoping it's not too hilly...

ETA: To avoid confusion, I'm talking about the 1/2 Iron race just outside of Fredericton on August 29th.
