good bike course, i was just trying to keep it in the zone 1 zone 2 area. which i did. I was also trying to drink enough. This is all training for IM MOO

maybe pick up the pace a bit, but i liked my bike

my run sucks.. I can't run fast after that long bike, i don't know why, i don't know if i am not pushing myself enough, i don't know what it is... I guess i have to keep doing bricks or whatever.

Course: it started with some rollers, but some nice flat sections, a lot of false flats, once you got the the half way point you had about a 10-15 mile section of down hill, which was great.

Course: sort of like a lollypop course. very hilly course. hills started about mile 3 and there was a hill if not 2 every mile, ( until the last 2 miles) and there weren't many downhills, how that happens i'll never know.
