Enjoyed this run it was pretty easy course, very flat out and back course almost to Zorn. Kept up with Derick for most all the race at a good pace I think our 5K time was right at 23:00 mins. He finished about 30 seconds or so before me. Derick is a good runner and set a great pace just had a bit more at the end than I did.

Not sure I would really change much of anything. I thought it was a good race. I think if I had been running all summer I would have done better but I haven't so my time suffers cause I suck like that!

Really just walked it off and went to watch the rest of the guys.


Again I think as I always will doing more the weeks and months before woud make a differance.


I preregistered and didn't get my shirt which always pisses me off. They also market a ticket to the game that night which was ok but it was a seat in the grass in the far out feild.
