Subject: Cold Weather Riding
This will be the first year that I'm serious about my riding during the winter season and I'm curious on what gear I'm going to need.

For running I've gone out in up to -6F and been fine. I actually love running in the cold. That cold I wear two tech shirts(one long sleeved one short) my running jacket, a pair of running tights, gloves and a thermal running cap.
Friday I was out in 60F(no wind) no sun, and my long sleeved jersey was fine but I could tell any cooler and my center mass would have been in pain.
What do you wear in cold weather? And when do you wear a vest vs a full sleeved jacket? Also what are your personal limits for riding in winter?

I don't mind the cold air, as long as it's not windy too! I can't stand wind and cold though. I'll ride when temps are in the 30's, 20's if not too windy.

I really bundle up for those cold rides:
Tank top, long sleeve shirt, and hooded sweatshirt
running tights and wind pants
socks and cycling booties over my shoes
cycling gloves
face mask
