What would you do differently?: Learn a proper freestyle Transition 1
Comments: Just bad but its my first race. Lost track of where my bike was. Not good on a sprint like this. What would you do differently?: Memorize the location of my bike. Bike
Comments: Started out too fast but got my puls down. Perhaps I even maintained a puls that was too low since my rank in the run was significantly better. What would you do differently?: Take it easy in the beginning and try not rush it. Transition 2
Comments: Again very bad. What would you do differently?: Do an iron man distance instead so that transitions doesn't matter as much Run
Comments: Did well and perhaps too well since I fear I might have held back on the bike just a little too much. Otherwise it seems I have a relative advantage on the run leg compared to bike What would you do differently?: Not much. Really kept it cool and felt like a robot. Of course not a superman pace, but with more training I shure I'll do better next time. Would like to run a distance like this in 4 min/km some day. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Training and transition technique. Event comments: Organized for the first time. Generally ok but they had some probems with the bike course wich was a 2x lap. They should have done more to inform people on the course that you needed to do 2 laps eg.using signs and not just voulenteers shouting"second lap" at the very last minute. . Many I think missed the warnings. Last updated: 2010-07-25 12:00 AM
