Had high hopes for this race in the beginning of the season, but hurt left knee, hardly running the last 2 weeks, just doing the minimum.
What would you do differently?:

Knee has curtailed my running, will be taking off a month to let it heal.

If it wasn't for this race, I would have stopped running 2 weeks ago. But really wanted to do this race.
