Pre-race routine:

Got up @ 5:30 AM, had my usual breakfast & coffee. Got ready & headed for the event @ 7:30 AM.
Event warmup:

Ran around a couple blocks & did minor stretches.

Comments:

Very happy with the run. Started off faster than I had planned, but with the cooler weather I still felt good and managed a great pace for the 2nd half.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I feel I put everything out there.

Warm down:

Walking around eating a banana & fluids.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was suffering with a cold, but I don't really know if it impaired me or not.
