Hello all,
since this is my first attempt on Triathlon, and having started with the Sprint 16 Week routine, what do you experienced people do on the off-days??

Hi there and good luck with your training.

Off days are really just that. Off days. You could do some 'active' recovery like just going for a walk followed by some light stretching or maybe do some Yoga if you're into that. Apart from that off days are just time off for the body to recover and they are even more important if you are new to structured training.

Hope that helps.

Do all the stuff you used to do before discovering triathlons ie, cooking, cleaning, spending time with your nearest and dearest, lounging on the settee/

Rest and do the stuff you should have done when you trained instead.
Mostly rest though.

Thanks for your replies.
Find that very difficult though, especially since I am not doing long sequences yet.
So have now settled for stretching (and strength workout), so I can still be on my back Tongue out

I will definitely keep it in mind once I am a step further in the routine
