Not much different. Woke up at 430 ate banana drank water and gatorade. Took ferry from St. Francisville to New Roads.

Really not a good swim for me. It was actually pretty sad. But on a good note I was the 12th fastest which shows that the course was either long or there were alot of really bad swimmers :-)

Congrats on a great race, you definitely blew thru that course!  I only did the Aqua bike but definitely enjoyed the race except for that 6 miles of bad roads.
