Had a Clif Bar (Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch for breakfast with some water) and of course a cup of coffee!

Race part of Spinners 29th Annual "Pumpkin Patch" Arts and Crafts Show so there was a lot going on after the race. Awards was somewhat a debacle as they were not coordinated on what places were being called out so some had to return trophy in exchange for ribbon.

Subject: Spinners Great Pumpkin Runs
What a great day for me as a Dad... my 12 y.o. son ran his first 5K race and finished 24:05 with very little training... took me 1.75 miles to run him down as he ran the first mile at sub 7 min pace... he finished 2nd in his age group only 5 seconds behind a 14 year old.... awesome race for both of us!
