Woke up and had a cliff bar!! Got to the race early to get packet and then had a banana. Set up stuff and was ready to go!!

The swim was ok, alittle slow but thats ok. There were a lot of weeds!!! The water was nice!!

I enjoyed the run after the first mile and I couldn't feel my foot anymore. I was so happy to see my time after suffering with a foot injury and all. I am so happy that the work is paying off, I know that I could have done it faster not having an injury.. Way HAPPY!!!

Found ICE and put that on the foot!!! Then went and got something to drink the new propel(powerade) stuff and had a cookie!!
