Run was ok the JC is always good for me but legs were heavy and the 9 pounds heavier than last year is really noticable feel heavier and almost 2 min slower which isn't that bad for being 9lbs heavier. the first two km was good but legs weren't going then next 3 were slow and lost almost 2 min after last years pace, km6 and 7 were really good. 8 was ok 9 was slower and the last half was ok got into a good grove after 5km its late and tired so may reflect in this report.

Lose more weight before running

Some streching and eating the typical race food half a banana bagel and yoghourt


Simply too fat I am in better shape than a year ago but heavier.


This is my favorite non marathon/triathlon race and I will be back next year
