Age Group Rank = 126/164
Up at 5:20 after being up multiple times with my 2yo. Had coffee, whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and honey, banana, and filled my water bottle. Got to the race with plenty of time for stretching and two trips to the bathroom.
Lots of stretching.
