  • 766 yards
  • 01m 50s / 100 yards
Comments:

Swim felt awesome. Forced myself to slow down and just find someone to draft off of. It worked great. I felt comfortable the whole way. Maybe 1500m is possible!
What would you do differently?:

Absolutely nothing....my best swim of the year. It felt easy.
Transition 1
  • 01m 2s
Comments:

Transition was good but I think I could have pushed myself faster. I was so happy with the swim I think I was in shock!
What would you do differently?:

Pick it up a bit....
Bike
  • 54m 18s
  • 15.53 miles
  • 17.16 mile/hr
Comments:

Pushed to hard on the bike. Got excited after the climb and went banannas...Should have slowed down.
What would you do differently?:

SLOW DOWN
Transition 2
  • 00m 54s
Comments:

Good...Felt ok....there was alot of bikes on my rack so I knew I wasn't doing well in my age group.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Run
  • 37m 50s
  • 4.35 miles
  • 08m 42s  min/mile
Comments:

My best run for 7K....couldn't have pushed any harder.
What would you do differently?:

Train more for the run! :-)
Post race
Warm down:

Felt terrible. Pushed to hard on the run. Took me 2-3 days to recover.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of power on the bike. Slow performance on the run inspite of it being my PB time for 7K.
