Swim
Comments: I had difficulty in getting my rhythm. I was not relaxed on the first 200mters. I was only able to relax and ease up from the swim back and the 2nd loop. What would you do differently?: I have to learn how to relax much faster. I should swim at my own pace and not follow the pack. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: avoid running into t1. Bike
Comments: The bike course was very difficult with those killer hills. There isn't enough recovery areas. There was no recovery area from T1 to the first hill. What would you do differently?: I should be more lighter and have lighter wheel sets. Transition 2
Run
Comments: My quads were already cramping after the bike ride. I had to do a 4min run - 1 min walk strategy. What would you do differently?: Avoid the cramps after bike. Post race
