I'm in, very belatedly.  Just joined ww online and am giving up sweets, junk and alcohol for Lent.  Starting @ 148 after having been 142-145 steadily for months.  Oh well, maybe the first few pounds will drop off quickly ;-)  Goal is 130.

 

Tx for the tips, Tizzy -- I'm going to add some of them to my plan.

I am 131 this morning! 1 more lb before goal then I am going to push for another 5lbs to be at ideal race weight.

As far as the meat goes, if you find it difficult try to begin with 1 meat free day a week. Once you have that down go for 2 days. It gets easier.

It's Wednesday!  I'm finally down a little altho I ate all my daily, weekly and activity points last week and it was a recovery week.  Must have been retaining water from hard training the week before.

I found this last Sunday, weight in was 181, and Wedesday was the same 181. But, i am seeing the scale move down the past few days, so looking forward to next Wednesday! Getting all my workouts in and trying to eat clean!

Good JOB!  I found that 14x band to be the hardest plateau to get down from.  Keep up the good work, you should see 13X sometime soon!

What does that mean, 14x & 13x?

In the 140's or in the 130's  the X standing for any number in that range. 

 

Ha ha -- now that you've explained it, it's obvious Embarassed

I'm newly returned. My starting weigh-in is 158.8.  Up 25 lbs in the 3 years I've been off tri training. Somethings gotta give. Hoping the accountability here will help!

OK OK OK!!! I ran 8 miles this morning then weighed myself and got 129.8 !!! HA HARRR!!
