I cannot say enough about the organization for this race.  The bike and run had tremendous volunteer support for me all day.  I love the fact that the aid stations are every mile on about the half mile.  It makes the distance to goals seem easier.  Run to mile marker, run to aid station.  So well stocked with ice, water, cookies, sponges, everything.


The volunteers -- special shout out to those at the aid stations -- absolutely made the race! Not to mention all the community members who sprayed us with their hoses. I've never heard so much, "get me in the face, please!" on race day

Agreed, a very hard run on a brutally hot day.

A big shout out to the residents of Geneva for the most amazing on course support - particularly on the run aid stations.

BTW - who's sick idea was it to run up that grassy hill or the adjacent staircase - sheer torture!
