I was very disappointed with my time on this, which was below training average pace. Not pleased at all with my own performance, though the race itself was well organized, well attended, and a lot of fun. Split into open, kids, and elite races. The elites were fast, with the overall first place putting in an 11:57 time.
What would you do differently?:

Run faster.

Fear of losing endurance.
