That's the wetsuit I have and I love it.  It does tear easily but it's easy to fix with a small tube of Aquaseal. 

As for the discount, unless you are getting better than 50% off an Xterra suit, it's not a great deal.  They constantly have 50% off sales.

I have that wetsuit and love it. I am a clydesdale and it fits me great. I had the lower end model and I didn't like it nearly as much as the higher end models. And I second that you can find smoken deals from xterra on their wetsuits. I don't know if you can get 50%, but it woudn't surprise me one bit. Good luck.
