Which foam roller is best?
Anyone love their foam roller? Let me know. I've heard that some are too soft and some are too hard. Let me know!

RE: Which foam roller is best?
The cheapest one I bought at Target inflicts tremendous pain so I assume it is pretty good.

RE: Which foam roller is best?
I got a Trigger point foam roller. I love it because it has different sections that provide different types of pressure. It's supposed to mimic a massage in how different parts of the hands, palms and arms are used to massage different muscles.

RE: Which foam roller is best?
I started out with a cheap plain white one that caused serious pain at first. But once I got used to it, it felt like it was doing no good.
I now have one with a PVC core and love it!
