Pre-race routine:

Drove up that morning to the mountain house we were renting with friends. Got changed and went to the Freezing Hall to pick up the packet.
Event warmup:

Jumped up and down a lot.

This is a silly run.
What would you do differently?:

I jumped the shark on this one. Easily 12-14 mins slower than last year equates to about a pound per minute since IM FL.
Post race
Warm down:

Hands on knees. Sucked wind. Drank some soup. Had a beer in the car on the way down.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I'm fat.

Event comments:

I think this is it for me here. Three years. It doesn't really get much better regardless of my level of fitness. I think I will find something else to do.
