Comments: I really hurt myself doing this race, I didn't realize how band my ITBS is getting. I had registered for this race awhile ago and with my stubbornness didn't want to DNS. The rain and winds didn't help either, my shoes and socks were soaked and weighed a ton. What would you do differently?: Hard to answer, I love racing, but the ITBS really hurts, so I would probably try to see a doctor sooner about this to start treatment. I didn't go to the doctor this week because I knew she would have told me not to run this race and I really wanted to run it.  Post race
Warm down: Changed my soaking wet clothes, went to Starbucks on the way home and enjoyed a latte. What limited your ability to perform faster: Rain, winds, and ITBS. Event comments: Great race put together by Fleet Feet Sports Profile Album Last updated: 2010-12-29 12:00 AM
