Pre-race routine:

went home by train, change clothes (comfortable short shorts and only a top and one *howisit called* for the bike), took water bottle and small towel - much better then last time,

commuted to race; some dynamic streching would be much better

What would you do differently?:

add some dynamic streching before
ate some fruit, veggies and good protein during the day

bad nutrition
i felt the left calf a bit so didn't want to push too hard

im so proud for shaving almost 4 min from the last week race
