had a great time...my knees were a bit tight on the hill at mile 2, so i had to walk the last 20 yards of it or so. But as far as this run went, it was MUCH better than last year, meaning hopefully I am ahead of my training from last year at this point in the spring.

My fiance Anna finally did a race with me, but she did tell me to just go and not have to run with her. but she still did really great and finished in 32:30. It was fun having her out there with me!

get my knees warmed up a bit better. 10:00am start time is a weird time of the day for me to run, usually i am running very early in the morning, or after work, so my routine was a bit messed up.
