Subject: TACX Trainer - Anyone well-versed with the Fortius?
Having trouble getting the Fortius into play. Looks like everything is set up and software installed. Problem is I am unsure if the motor is on right. Instructions say to adjust the brake while disengaged such that it is barely touching the trainer tire, then loosen 3 times, then engage it for riding. When my break is not engaged, I can't adjust it such that it touches the tire at all, wondering if I put it on wrong. Does anyone know of a helpdesk or chat room that might be good here?

Are you sure you mounted the motor correctly? If it's like the bushido there are 3 possible mount positions for different wheel types. Try taking it off and having a look again?
