Subject: Massage Physical Therapist??
Hi everyone!

I've been having some pretty bad IT band issues on my right leg and was wondering if any of you could recommend a massage therapist that you have used?? I've taken 6 weeks off, stretched, foam rolled, etc. and I can still only run about 15 minutes before the pain starts up again!

I've heard that deep tissue massage can work wonders and with 8 weeks until I start training for IMAZ I'm willing to give anything a try!

I've been doing PT (including some deep tissue work) at Boulder Center for Sports Med.  I have been pleased with their level of care.  I recommend them.

Dr. Mike Magill is a chiropractor who does ART and other soft-tissue work and PT.  He also has massage therapists on staff who are skilled in sports massage.  He and his team got me through training for IMCDA and a couple of marathons, with ITB issues.  They will hurt you good.  

His office is located in the Tech Center, near Holly & Arapahoe.
